Last month we held a Nutrition & Wellness Morning, giving our community some expert advice for every stage of life. Our panel of experts included Sage Clinics, Spring by Kcal and Tiffany, a personal trainer, and it was a fab morning full of nutrition advice and strategies to support healthy eating for the whole family. We chatted pre and post-natal, picky toddlers, early years and growing teens, plus practical tips for meal planning, packing nutritious lunches and making healthy choices on the go!
