I was born in Birmingham in the UK and I trained as a nurse at Birmingham University and then moved to Dubai in 2006. I have 3 children, the eldest is 23 and the youngest is 7. I love spending time with my little one, having friends over for dinner (hubby is a good cook!) and going to the beach.

I am originally from Birmingham in the UK but Dubai has been my home for the last 14 years.
WHAT DID YOU WANT TO BE WHEN YOU WERE YOUNGER?
I wanted to be a Physiotherapist so my passion for healthcare has always been there.
WHAT DO YOU DO?
I am a Nurse and the Founder of Nightingale Health Services. I have nurses and physio’s out and about in the community and a physiotherapy clinic.
WHAT’S YOUR FAVOURITE ACTIVITY TO DO WITH YOUR CHILDREN?
We love going to the skate park, (my son is addicted ) and the beach to make the most of the gorgeous weather Dubai has to offer.
HOW DO YOU SPEND YOUR WEEKENDS?
We enjoy dinner with friends, barbecues, and going down to the beach – very chilled!
WHAT’S YOUR FAVOURITE MOVIE?
I adore Eat, Pray, Love and Julia Roberts is amazing in it!
IF YOU COULD EAT ONE MEAL FOR THE REST OF YOUR LIFE, WHAT WOULD IT BE?
It would have to be a very spicy curry with boiled rice.

Jamie Redknapp or Patrick Dempsey – so hard to choose! Can I have both?
WHICH DESTINATION IS ON YOUR BUCKET LIST TO VISIT?
I’d love to visit the Taj Mahal.
WHAT’S YOUR GUILTY PLEASURE?
Eating crisps (at least a packet per day).
IF YOU COULD HAVE A SUPER POWER, WHAT WOULD IT BE?
I would love to be able to fly.
WHAT’S YOUR FAVOURITE THING ABOUT LIVING IN DUBAI?
I love Dubai; it’s home to me. Bringing up young children here is fantastic; I feel safe, have wonderful friends from all over the world and I’m blessed to be working with such a fantastic team of people.
