Whatcha gonna do with all that junk, all that junk inside your trunk? We’ve got a great suggestion! Head down to Dubai’s first fitness nightclub experience and say goodbye to boring workouts because there is never a dull moment at JUNK. The brainchild of DJ & Entrepreneur Chris Wright and PT & Fitness Expert Anton Danyluk, JUNK is a new concept in exercise, promoting health and wellbeing but with the euphoric high that great music brings.

JUNK is located in an unassuming warehouse in Al Quoz but don’t be fooled, as soon as you open the door, you’d be forgiven for thinking you’d walked into a nightclub, the lights are low, the neon-bright and the music loud. There are five different classes to choose from including Re-Cycle, Yoga, BeatBox, Re-Boot, and Dance Fit, covering everything from spin to circuits and each class is set to one of five different music genres including 90’s Classics, Rave, R&Beats, House, and our personal favourite Cheesy Pop, for the ultimate feel-good factor.

Both the trainers and staff are all super welcoming and encouraging which makes you feel immediately at ease. The schedule is regularly updated so there’s always a different choice of classes to try for the week there are some great timed ones for just after the school run, mid-morning and evening sessions too, so something to suit everyone’s routine – plus if you’ve time why not treat yourself to a post-workout smoothie at their dedicated Protein Bar, we can confirm they’re all delicious.

JUNK classes are all about the vibe and we defy anyone to not smile their way through a cheesy pop dance fit class!

If you’d like to find out more about JUNK and their brilliant membership options or to book your class now please visit the website www.junk-dubai.com or WhatsApp the team on 058 535 7917.
