Oh, the wonderful world of weaning your baby! We remember it well and there’s so many different paths to choose, from purees to baby-led weaning. The main priority is making sure your child’s first experience of food is a happy occasion and that they’re getting a balanced and nutritious diet as they begin their weaning journey.

We’re delighted to be co-hosting a special breakfast event with Stokke on Tuesday 26^th September from 9am-11am at Jones The Grocer, Sheikh Zayed Road, specifically for our mums with children under 1 year. Stokke is a Norwegian company that is recognised worldwide for best-in-class solutions for children. For over forty years, they’ve combined their passion for Scandinavian design with the ability to challenge the ordinary and make beautiful products that nurture family bonding.

We will be joined by Principal Lisa from Happy Families, who specialised in baby weaning and will talk us through the process as well as the wonderful Stokke products that can ensure this is a joyous experience, for both mum and baby! We’ll also be introduced to Beaba range of products that aid the weaning process and we’re big fans of their Silicon Multiportion pots which are perfect for storing food after a bit of bulk cooking!

Jones The Grocer, who are known for their amazing food, are preparing a delicious FREE breakfast for our mums, courtesy of the team at Stokke. Grab a tea or coffee and choose one of their yummy breakfast dishes including French Breakfast, Mozzarella, Tomato & Basil Croissant, Goldilocks Porridge Bowl, Chocolate Pancakes, Brioche French Toast, Tofu Scramble, Salmon Avocado Tartine and more!

Calling all our new and expectant mummies! We’re hosting a fab breakfast morning on Thursday 28th September at Hillhouse Brasserie from 9am – 11am, and we’d love you to join us if you’ve had a baby in the last 12 months or are expecting!

Tuck into a delicious breakfast, talk to some of our expert partners about all things ‘baby’ and most importantly, meet some other members of the British Mums community and make some new ‘mum friends’.

Hillhouse Brasserie, are putting on a delicious breakfast for only AED 70 per person which includes a breakfast dish, water and choice of a hot drink. Yum!
