Yogalates – The fusion of Yoga and Pilates
Yogalates combines the stretching, breathing and stress relief of Yoga, with the core strengthening and stability of Pilates exercises which helps to cultivates a strong healthy body and a calm and centred mind.
Yogalates is suitable for any age, any fitness level and all ranges of flexibility including post natal women with all sessions personalised to each individuals needs.
During Marie's time touring worldwide as a professional irish dancer she found Yogalates helped to strengthen her body and prevent injuries from sustained wear and tear. She completed her training in 2012 with the founder of the Yogalates method Louise Solomon in Byron Bay before sharing the benefits of Yogalates with her pupils in Australia, the UK and now Dubai.
Marie now teaches private lessons throughout Dubai including one-to-one, group and corporate sessions.
