As they continue to grow, they are seeking a talented Senior Interior Designer with strong leadership capabilities to lead and inspire their design team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the interior design team to deliver exceptional design solutions on time and within budget.
• Oversee the development of concept designs, space planning and detailed design documentation.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, and contractors throughout all project phases.
• Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables across multiple projects.
• Conduct design reviews and provide guidance to ensure creative excellence and design integrity.
• Present design concepts and proposals to clients.
• Mentor junior designers and contribute to a collaborative team environment.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
• 5–10 years of professional experience in interior design, with at least 2 years in a leadership or team management role.
• Proven experience delivering high-end interior design projects from concept to completion.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Proficient in design tools such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and Revit.
• Knowledge of Dubai building regulations and local market trends is an advantage.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and lead a creative team effectively
