DESCRIPTION:

Lancor are currently looking for a dedicated and proactive Personal Assistant to provide remote support to our managing partners. This full-time role will primarily focus on managing travel arrangements, calendar scheduling, and other administrative tasks.

You will be assisting 2-3 managing partners, ensuring smooth day-to-day arrangements and efficient time management. The ideal candidate will have their own insurance and visa in place. If you're highly organised, resourceful, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, they would love to hear from you!

Role and Responsibilities:

Administrative Support:

  • Provide administrative support to the Middle East executive search team, including calendar management and meeting coordination.
  • Schedule appointments, meetings, and interviews for clients and candidates.
  • Manage travel arrangements and accommodations for team members as needed.

Client and Candidate Communication:

  • Serve as a point of contact for clients and candidates, handling inquiries and relaying messages.
  • Maintain databases and records of client and candidate interactions.
  • Coordinate communication between clients, candidates, and the executive search team.

Ad Hoc Responsibilities:

  • Handle any other duties and projects assigned by management.
  • Adapt to changing priorities and support the team as needed to meet business objectives.

Other Skills Required:

  • Excellent Microsoft Office 365 skills particularly Outlook (Calendar), Word, Excel, & PowerPoint.
  • Excellent written and verbal English skills. Arabic a plus.
  • Good at multitasking.
  • Proactive, takes initiative.
