We teamed up with Spinneys to give 10 British mums the opportunity to watch the ultimate cooking demonstration with favourite British Chef, Gary Rhodes! In the demo, Gary Rhodes himself showed us how to prepare and cook the ultimate festive feast for 6 people.
First off was a starter of beetroot and goat’s cheese (which was so light & heavenly) followed by a delicious roast mandarin and maple duck, super tasty sage and onion baked potatoes (using Paxo surprisingly, but it was oh so tasty!) and toasted almond sprouting broccoli. For dessert, was the classic English pud, Lemon posset with raspberries. Y.U.M!
Gary’s fabulous, (and super easy) recipe book called ‘Rhodes 365: One Year One Book A Simple Recipe For Every Day,’ was available to buy on the day for a special price of AED100 and he even signed a copy (or 4!) for everyone.
It was a lovely morning and everyone came away with a belly full of incredible food and feeling suitably festive.
