Meal times made easy with this classic kids favourite with a twist!

PREPARATION
1. Sauté 1 onion, 5ml turmeric, 5ml cumin, 5ml sea salt, 5ml coriander, 5ml chilli and 5ml cayenne pepper together. (When cooking for kids, leaving out the spices is optional)
2. Drop in any bean mix you fancy, 3 cans in total (chickpeas, broad, red kidney and barlotti beans work well)
3. Add a ½ can of diced tomatoes and two tablespoons of tomato puree.
4. Toast French bread or Ciabatta. While still hot rub with 1 fresh garlic clove and top off with butter.
5. Stack beans on toast, top with freshly steamed asparagus
6. Grate over parmesan
7. Top with fresh coriander (if available)
