Aquaventure Waterpark at Atlantis, The Palm are going to be bringing even more of a splashing good time for little ones this month with the launch of their brand spanking new children’s area called ‘Splashers Island.’

Located next to the current children’s area (where the famous HUUUUUGE bucket is) it’s called ‘Splashers Mountain’, and promises to be even more fun being almost three times the current size of the children’s area!

This new addition is suitable for families with toddlers (in fact any child 1.20m and below), and features 20 new water attractions, seven exciting pint-sized waterslides, as well as the addition of a giant dry-play zone.

Highlights of ‘Splashers Island’ include seven brand-new body and tube slides perfect for tiny tots, as well as the first KIDZ Tornado and KIDZ Bowl in the whole of the MENA region! The KIDZ Tornado (Cyclone) shoots the mini tube riders into the top of a giant bowl where they orbit high on the banked walls for lots of hold-on-tight excitement, and the KIDZ Bowl (Boa) offers funnel excitement with a ‘slow-and-go’ tempo.

The new dry play structure is designed in the shape of a dhow shipwreck, and theres a large, seating zone there that’s reserved just for families. This fab new area is located right next to ‘Splashers Mountain,’ which currently features a large wet play area including climbing frames, hanging bridges, water cannons and the two famous enormous tipping buckets that send over 1,000 litres of water gushing down onto those kiddies who dare to stand below!

Aquaventure day tickets start at AED 195 for adults and AED 170 for children under 1.2m tall but UAE residents can also purchase an annual pass for only AED 990 for adults and AED 495 for children, giving unlimited access throughout the year.
