Here’s a date for your diaries British mums! The UK Boarding School Exhibition is THE event to attend if you’re considering a Boarding School Education for your child. Being held on 23rd and 24th February 2018 at the Grosvenor House Hotel, Dubai Marina, it’s an excellent place to start your enquiries in a relaxed environment – where everything’s under one roof.

You’ll have the opportunity to gain FREE and IMPARTIAL advice and guidance from the friendly and highly regarded Education Consultants from Anderson Education (of which many are mums themselves and know exactly how you’re feeling), and they will be on hand to guide you on ALL boarding school matters and to answer your, and your child’s many questions. On top of this, you’ll get a chance to talk with the heads and representatives of up to 30 schools who will be attending this event, giving you a clear sense of direction for the next step forward.

You’ll no doubt be aware that the quality of a British education is recognised and highly respected worldwide. Producing many of today’s leaders whether it’s in politics, finance, sport or performing arts; more than two thirds of Britain’s Oscar winning actors and a staggering 61% of Rugby Premiership players went to independent schools in the UK.

Teaching in small class sizes is known to produce top grades; and in a boarding school environment, the academically able are stretched and challenged; and equally importantly, support is given to those that need it. But did you know that 92% of pupils in independent schools in the UK progress to higher education and a massive 56% of these go on to Russell Group universities that include the likes of Oxford, Cambridge, and London School of Economics? These statistics really speak volumes!

Making a well-informed decision from the many brilliant boarding schools we have back in the UK, (that Anderson Education know inside-out by the way), there’s no doubt you’ll be adding huge value to your child’s future; Providing the opportunity to gain independence, confidence, courtesy, courage, kindness and compassion from living in a diverse and truly international environment is not to be under-estimated. Life in a boarding school is the ULTIMATE preparation for university, as well as employment, as it provides many of the non-academic skills that employers are looking for these days.

Every parent wants to provide the best education possible for their children, so that they achieve their potential academically, personally and above all else, are happy. British boarding education provides all of this, plus a heap of brilliant opportunities to excel in sport, music, art and drama that results in the development of well rounded young adults prepared for the next step in life.

However, there’s no question that choosing a UK boarding school IS a HUGE emotional, (and not forgetting financial) decision for us parents, and the process can be daunting no doubt, particularly when you are living thousands of miles away from the schools you’re considering. This is where the expert help from Anderson Education consultants comes in as they can help you through the complete process from recommending the schools to suit your family as well as arranging crucial school visits to make your decision.

Entry to The UK Boarding School Exhibition  is free, but you do need to register online beforehand.

No doubt you will have seen the testaments from fellow British mums who are delighted with the decision to board their children, and if you’ve always had the urge to find out more, then this is THE event for you! Good luck with your decisions British mums and let us know how you got on!
